Yes. Only before the scheduled departure time, after which, the ticket will be lost. On Sicily TPL Lines on the same-day round trip ticket, which includes a promotion, it is only allowed to change the time. A change of date is not allowed.
If you are a registered user, you can independently manage your trip from your personal area. If you are not a registered user you can call our Customer Service at 091 2776999 or go to an authorized retailer.
No. You can't change the route, but:
• if you are a registered user, you can cancel your ticket from your personal area and book a trip more suited to your new needs;
• if you are not a registered user, you can call our Customer Service at 091 2776999 who will issue a coupon allowing you to book your new trip.

SAIS ID Cards
Where and how to request them, types, renewal and more.
The card, issued by SAIS Autolinee, identifies the passenger, allowing them to purchase bus passes.
The types of cards provided by SAIS Autolinee are listed below, according to the type of service:
- Ordinary valid on all lines.
- Law Enforcement reserved, on the Sicily TPL Lines (Aeronautica Militare, Agenzia Dogane e Monopoli, Carabinieri, Corpo Forestale dello Stato, Esercito Italiano, Guardia di Finanza, Marina Militare, Polizia di Stato, Polizia Locale, Polizia Penitenziaria, Polizia Provinciale, Prefettura e Vigili del Fuoco).
- ERSU Enna reserved for eligible UniKore students, usable on the Sicily TPL Lines And on Enna Bus City Lines .
- Under 20 reserved for passengers under 20 years, valid on the Sicily City Lines.
- Under 65 reserved for passengers over 65, valid on the Enna Bus City Lines.
Register on this site and request your SAIS Autolinee identification card from your personal area. The card, free and valid for two years, will be activated and sent to your e-mail within three working days
You can request the renewal of your card, from your personal area, starting three months before its natural expiry date. The card will be renewed within three working days and you can view it in the personal area.

SAIS Autolinee offers different types of subscriptions, designed to meet the needs of each passenger based on the type of service offered.
Below, in detail, the current types of bus passes available for our Sicily TPL Lines.
Weekly Bus Pass: valid for one week, from Monday to Sunday, allows a maximum of 10 or 12 trips (depending on the option chosen) on the purchased route. You can take a trip to and from the airport each day.
Monthly Bus Pass: valid for the entire calendar month, allows a maximum of 40, 50 or 60 trips (depending on the option chosen) on the purchased route. You can take a trip to and from the airport each day.
Quarterly Bus Pass: valid 90 days from the validity start date. Allows a maximum of 10 runs. You can take a trip to and from the airport each day.

On Sicily TPL Lines, you can book by accessing your personal area from the SAIS Autolinee App, by calling our Customer Service at 091 2776999 or going to an authorized retailer.
Yes. It is allowed to change, unlimited times, the time and/or date of the trip, but only before the scheduled departure time, after which, the ticket will be lost.
You can change it by accessing your personal area, through the SAIS Autolinee app, by calling our Customer Service at 091 2776999 or going to an authorized retailer. The change will assign new data to the QR Code on the same, so the reservation you have can be used for on-board access.
The driver, if strictly necessary, can make the change during check-in, allowing, only in the presence of available seats, access on board. It is therefore advisable to do it in advance.

Refunds, Complaints, Invoices, Lost Items
Procedures.
The refund of your bus ticket or pass, if due, will be recognized to you in accordance with our conditions of transport.
- Registered users: if you purchased through the SAIS Autolinee website or app and log in to your personal area, you can request a refund yourself. The amount will be credited back to your electronic wallet.
- Unregistered users: fill in the appropriate form, entering all the required data and attaching your travel tickets. You will receive a refund coupon corresponding to the amount due.
If you are not happy with any aspect of our services, we would be happy to hear your opinion, in order to make your next trip more comfortable.
Fill out the form to provide us with all the details of the event.
You can request the invoice at the same time as the purchase or before midnight on the same day. The invoice request received after this deadline cannot, for tax reasons, be processed.
The invoice will be sent, within 12 days, in electronic format to the SdI, PEC or to the e-mail address provided by the passenger.

Children
Dedicated rates, minor unaccompanied trips.
Yes. There is a special fare for children aged 0 to 10 years old on Sicily TPL Lines and on National lines. On Sicily City Lines, however, children aged 0 to 4 years old travel free of charge if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
Yes. Minors under the age of Between 14 and 18 years old they can travel unaccompanied only if they have the authorization issued by the parent/guardian accompanied by a copy of the latter's identity document. Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed to travel without the form completed in its entirety and accompanied by a copy of the parent/guardian's identity document. The crew on board may require the passenger to show a valid identity document.
Exception for students: season tickets may be purchased for students aged 12 and over who are enrolled in schools or equivalent institutions by one of their parents or by a person who has been granted guardianship. In such cases, the issue of the pass is subject to certification, pursuant to Article 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, of the student status of the minor named on the pass, as well as the presentation of a valid identification document for the minor. The school travel pass:
- is strictly personal and non-transferable;
- must be shown on request to inspection staff, together with the holder's identification document;
- is valid exclusively for “home-school-home” journeys and cannot be used for other purposes.

Pets on board
Regulation.
Yes. On Sicily TPL Lines and on National Lines you can carry, upon payment of the relevant ticket, small live pets (one for each passenger) and weighing no more than 10 kg, compulsorily equipped with a health record, with the exception of guide dogs accompanied by blind passengers for whom the Law of 14 February 1974, n. 37 establishes that “the visually impaired person has the right to be accompanied by his guide dog on his trips on any means of public transport, without having to pay any ticket or surcharge for the animal”.
With the exception of guide dogs for blind passengers, animals must be placed in a special carrier (cm L30 H30 D40) to be placed on the floor, corresponding to the seat purchased for the animal, so as not to hinder the normal passage of other passengers.
On Sicily City Lines: you can carry small and medium-sized dogs free of charge as long as they are equipped with a leash and muzzle in a basket and in adequate hygiene conditions. Even cats and other small pets can travel for free as long as they are in a special carrier.
Luggage
Quantity and types.
You may carry one piece of luggage free of charge, with maximum dimensions of 50x70x80 cm and weighing no more than 20 kg, to be stored in the luggage compartment of the coach, as well as one piece of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 40x30x15 cm and weighing no more than 5 kg, to be placed in the luggage rack inside the coach.
On National Lines we can accept additional luggage, if space is available in the appropriate compartment and upon payment on board of a supplement as per the rates in use by traveling personnel.
Yes.
On Sicily City Lines: scooters can be carried on board buses, as long as they are folded and securely guarded by the passenger for the entire duration of the trip. Bicycles are not allowed to be transported.
On Sicily TPL Lines: scooters and bicycles can be transported free of charge in the luggage compartment of the bus, as long as they are folded. You must also remove the battery and keep it on board.
On National Lines: scooters and bicycles can be transported in the luggage compartment of the bus, as long as they are folded and upon payment to the on-board staff of a supplement of 15.00 euros. You must also remove the battery and keep it on board.
No. Shipping of any kind is not allowed.

Certainly! It is possible to modify the reservation after confirming the rental, but we must first evaluate the feasibility of the proposal. We ask that you notify us of the changes well in advance so that we can review the situation. If the change were possible, we may also need to recalculate the quote.

Yes. We want you to be at ease during your trip, so on our buses you can eat and drink with respect for other passengers, taking care to avoid intensely smelling foods and leave your seat as you would like to find it. On the bus you will find waste bins.
Our buses travel on scheduled itineraries and are therefore tied to fixed times, so we ask you to arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. In case of absence at the time of departure, the transport contract will be considered automatically terminated, without any right to a refund of the amount paid.
No. Your ticket is valid only at the reserved stopping points, you are not allowed to get on or off at different stops.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Log in to your profile, go to the ‘My Account’ section and select ‘Delete Account’.
Please note that deletion is permanent and will result in the irreversible deletion of all data associated with your profile.
