SAIS Autolinee signs a production bonus agreement with the trade unions

SAIS Autolinee S.p.A. has reached a significant company-wide agreement with all the trade unions regarding the productivity bonus for the company’s employees, thereby strengthening the process of dialogue and collaboration initiated in recent years.

The agreement represents a significant step in the company’s strategy to recognise the work of its employees and improve the organisation of internal processes, with the aim of ensuring an increasingly efficient transport service that better meets the needs of the public.

Production bonus of up to 200 euros

The new incentive scheme introduced by the agreement is based on specific criteria relating to:

• attendance at work
• productivity
• service quality
• frequency of services

Based on these indicators, the most diligent employees may receive financial rewards of up to 200 euros, in recognition of their daily commitment and contribution to the quality of the service provided.
