Refunds
If provided for in our conditions of carriage, you are entitled to a refund of your tickets or subscriptions.
- Registered users: if you purchased through the SAIS Autolinee website or app and you log in to the personal area, you can request a refund yourself. The amount will be credited back to your electronic wallet.
- Unregistered users: fill out the form below by entering all the required fields and attaching the travel documents. You will receive a refund coupon corresponding to the amount due.
