You can buy your return bus ticket online via the SAIS Autolinee website, via the app, by contacting Customer Services, or at an authorised ticket office.

Can I choose a different return date for my bus ticket?

Yes, you can choose a different return date for your return bus ticket. When purchasing your ticket, you are free to select the date of your return journey, even if it falls on a different day from your outward journey, to suit your needs. What’s more, the return bus ticket offers you savings compared to buying two single tickets, thanks to the discount available.

Can I change the date and time of my return bus ticket?

Yes, changes can be made before departure.

Can I change the route on my return ticket?

No. You cannot change your journey, but:

• if you are a registered user, you can cancel your ticket via your account and book a journey that better suits your new requirements

• if you are not a registered user, you can call our Customer Service on 091 2776999, and they will issue a voucher allowing you to book your new journey.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, the ticket can also be shown in electronic format, so you can use it directly from your smartphone without needing to print it out.

How do I manage a return bus ticket before departure?
