Conditions of Carriage

These conditions of carriage govern the road passenger transport service of all self-services provided by SAIS Autolinee SpA, P.I/C.F. 00626830863, with registered office in Via Principe di Paternò 74/b - 90144 Palermo.
The use of the transport service provided by SAIS Autolinee implies the acceptance of the conditions and terms of transport provided for by this regulation.

The name of the carrier is indicated on the travel document. The passenger is required to take note of it to recognize the vehicle in which to take a seat because the service could be carried out by third party carriers. The conditions of carriage to which the passenger must refer are those of the carrier that performs the service.

If a ticket has been issued for a trip carried out by a vehicle of another carrier, the execution of the contract is guaranteed in compliance with conditions of transport.

For any complaints, of any kind and nature, the passenger must contact the carrier with whom the service used was insured, the fact that the ticket may have been issued by SAIS Autolinee SpA remains irrelevant.

For routes carried out by other carriers, SAIS Autolinee SpA is limited exclusively to the issuance of the ticket without any involvement in the execution of the route concerned.
